The Pre-employment process: Getting the best fit for the job

The Australian workforce is becoming increasingly diverse, there are now five generations working side by side. Employees are encouraged to bring their whole self to work and disclose their flexible working needs and pre-existing experiences and conditions. While this is a net positive for both employers and employees, it's also important to recognise that this poses a range of new challenges and opportunities, especially in the pre-employment landscape. This session will explore the pre-employment process from all angles including how to balance legal, moral, ethical, operational and risk management considerations throughout.

The complexity surrounding workers compensation often means businesses spend a considerable amount of precious time and resources trying to understand where their responsibilities lie and how best to manage workers compensation. Our training helps build the skills and knowledge to improve workers compensation efficiencies and manage injuries and claims more effectively.

Our aim is for participants to leave our sessions with an enhanced understanding of workers compensation, injury management and workplace health and safety responsibilities.
