Cancellation Policy
Allianz reserves the right to cancel any course where we do not meet the minimum number of registrations.
Participants will be advised of course cancellations 5 calendar days prior to commencement of the course. Course cancellation will only be considered if the number of registrations received by 5 calendar days prior to commencement of the course is insufficient to ensure a satisfactory learning experience for participants.
Should you be unable to attend a course, a substitute is always welcome to attend instead of you at no extra charge. Allianz requires a minimum of 7 calendar days written notification to cancel or transfer into another course.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 calendar days prior to course commencement (or failure to attend) are not refundable.

Advanced return to work
This one-day course helps RTW Coordinators enhance their skills in the strategic case management of more complex claims and injuries. This training provides practical tools and advice for RTW Coordinators, as well as an opportunity to network with peers and workshop case studies. The key areas of focus will include the following:

2. Framework for RTW Coordinators
3. Understanding and addressing physical injuries
4. Understanding and addressing complex psychological injuries
Return to Work from Mental Injury Series
This year, Allianz has partnered with the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia (CMHAA) to offer a free 10-part webinar series of practical courses aimed at improving the return to work from mental injury in Australian workplaces. These courses are relevant to all levels of management and stakeholders. Session recordings and resources will be available under the 'Browse our Recordings' section of this webpage following each event.
