Allianz reserves the right to cancel any course where we do not meet the minimum number of registrations.
Participants will be advised of course cancellations 5 calendar days prior to commencement of the course. Course cancellation will only be considered if the number of registrations received by 5 calendar days prior to commencement of the course is insufficient to ensure a satisfactory learning experience for participants.
Should you be unable to attend a course, a substitute is always welcome to attend at no extra charge. Unless otherwise advised under the course description, Allianz requires a minimum of 7 calendar days written notification to cancel or transfer into another course.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 calendar days prior to course commencement (or failure to attend) are not refundable.

Paying and finalising your booking has never been easier. We accept all major forms of payment. (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).
Upon finalising your booking, you will receive an email confirmation (including a receipt/tax invoice) and subsequent email reminders prior to course commencement.
