How do I access the Mastermind?
The Masterminds sessions are held via Webex. Upon registration, you will receive an email containing a link to the calendar invite. Within this calendar invitation, you will find a Webex link, an access code, and a password. To join, simply click on the Webex link, and enter the access code and password when prompted.
Connection tips & tricks and troubleshooting
Ensure you have internet connection before joining, and if you have any issues go to Webex Help Center . Within the calendar invite there are options to dial in, should you experience issue with connecting to the video/audio webinar.
How do I ask the presenter a question?
Most questions will be answered at the end of the presentation. However, we encourage you to ask questions throughout. You can type your questions in the chat, and the presenter will address them at the end.
Will I get a copy of the recording?
We record Masterminds for distribution to attendees post webinar. You can request a copy of the recording, however please note this option is only valid for one month post the Mastermind.
Are the Masterminds accredited for ANZIIF CIP and NIBA CPD points?
Yes, each Mastermind will be ANZIIF and NIBA accredited, and you will earn CIP and/or CPD point/s based on your attendance.
